Presented in brand-new, unworn condition with a complete full set including original box, all documentation, and manufacturer's warranty, the Grand Seiko SBGA443 "Shunbun" is one of the most poetic expressions in the entire Grand Seiko collection. Named after the Japanese spring equinox, this limited edition captures the fleeting moment when winter yields to spring — a watch that transcends timekeeping and becomes a work of art.

The Dial

The SBGA443 features a masterfully crafted dial inspired by the gentle colours of the Japanese countryside at the spring equinox. Soft gradations of pink, white, and pale silver evoke cherry blossoms reflected on a still mountain lake. Hand-finished at the Shizukuishi Studio, the dial surface shifts beautifully with the light — alive and endlessly captivating.

The Movement

At its heart beats Grand Seiko's celebrated caliber 9R65, the brand's hallmark Spring Drive movement. Spring Drive's unique tri-synchro regulator combines the energy of a mainspring with the precision of a quartz oscillator, achieving an accuracy of ±1 second per day — among the finest in mechanical watchmaking.
